Each original work begins with a photographic foundation, but its final form is dictated by a tactile dialogue with the natural world. By layering traditional imagery with environmentally conscious processes—ranging from seaweed and saltwater washes to the delicate, light-sensitive alchemy of anthotype printing—I create one-off compositions that are as much a product of the Earth as they are of my lens. These pieces feel like living artifacts of a specific time, tide, and place.
